System requirements

Required System Configuration:

To use this software, your computer has to meet the following system requirements.

1. Supported OS
macOS 12, macOS 11, macOS 10.15, macOS 10.14

2. Supported computers
A Mac computer supporting the OS above.

GPU
NVIDIA Quadro K5000 for Mac
or
A GPU made by AMD (VRAM: 2 GB or more) installed on one of the following Mac models.
- iMac Mid2010 or later (excluding 21.5 inch 3.06GHz)
- MacBook Pro Early2011 or later (excluding 15.4 inch 2.0/2.2GHz)
- Mac Pro Mid2010 or later
* The processing performance should be lower on a computer that has no supporting GPU.
RAM
- 8 GB or more
SDI Device (required for checking the SDI output on a monitor)
- Blackmagic Design: UltraStudio 4K
* There are restrictions to monitors that can be connected and output frame rates.

3. Display
- Resolution: 1,280x1,024 or higher

In order to preview over 5K CRM/RMF clips at 24fps, we recommend the following system specifications in addition to the necessary system requirements shown above. (8K CRM clips display resolution setting: 1/2)

- 32 GB or more

- Apple M1 Ultra chip 20-core CPU or faster

- Read 700 MB/s or above (RMF clips)
- Read 500 MB/s or above (8K CRM clips)
- Read 400 MB/s or above (excluding 8K CRM clips)

Setup Instructions

Please refer to the instructions below on how to download and install the software.
Exit all other applications when installing this software.

1. Download "crdm-2-10-0-7-9l.dmg.gz" from the download page.

2. Double-click "crdm-2-10-0-7-9l.dmg.gz". After decompressing the file, "crdm-2-10-0-7-9l.dmg" will be created.

3. Double-click "crdm-2-10-0-7-9l.dmg". The disk image "crdm210" will be mounted.

4. Double-click the installer, "CRDInstaller" in "crdm210".

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Caution

- It is recommended that the drive to which [RAW CLIPS] are saved and the drive to which [Full-quality Files] and [Proxy Files] are saved are on different devices.
- The Read_me_first_2_10.pdf are included in the downloaded file. Please read through the Read_me_first_2_10.pdf before installing Cinema RAW Development 2.10.
