Canon Service Notice: Canon Inkjet Printer continuous reboot loop

Canon Australia has recently become aware of a situation where select Canon inkjet printers may turn off immediately after the printer is turned on or continuously reboot if the product is connected to the internet.

We believe this issue has now been resolved, however, in the unlikely event that you experience the issue, please contact Canon Australia’s Support Team on 13 13 83.

To ensure your device is operating at optimal functionality, we encourage you to follow any prompts to update firmware as they appear on your device. These are applied automatically when your device is connected to the internet.
