If your business or organisation has a current contract with Canon and you require a transfer of contract, follow the steps below.

To transfer your contract, complete and return the following forms:



Forms To be competed by Mandatory
1. Transfer of Contract form Either the old or new entity Yes
2. Credit Application New entity Yes
3. Direct Debit Application New entity Yes if the device is financed
4. Asset & Liability form New entity Canon will advise if required
5. Guarantee New entity Canon will advise if required

An administration fee of $350 (ex GST) is payable by the new entity upon completion of transfer.
